SWGfL Wins Prestigious ISPA Award!
Earlier this week, I announced that our partner South West Grid for Learning had been nominated to win a prestigious UK Internet Industry Award. And I’m now pleased to announce that they DID win it.
The ISPAs—the UK Internet Industry Awards—are awarded to organizations and people in the industry by their peers. Each year senior decisions makers, media, and government representatives gather in London for the awards, making it one of the most premiere events for the industry.
South West Grid for Learning won the “Internet Safety and Security Award” for it’s 360 Degree Safe Tool. This tool provides schools with the opportunity to review their E-Safety policies and determine where on the spectrum of online safety they lie. iKeepSafe’s Generation Safe™ offers a customized version of 360 Degree Safe to subscribers with its 360 Self Assessment Tool.
